The Knowledge to Action (K2A) Challenge is about finding innovative and creative ways that allied health professionals are implementing the Diabetes Canada Clinical Practice Guidelines.
This year, we are providing three awards of $10,000 to support the sharing of your ideas with healthcare professionals across Canada.
All submissions with a focus on Type 2 diabetes are welcome, whether it be in education, health system navigation, care management, care coordination, access, treatment, or other. Funding will be awarded to those applicants who can best demonstrate the impact of their innovative practice.
The goal of this challenge is to share and highlight best practices in Type 2 diabetes care. Funding is meant to be used to promote and disseminate the winning ideas across the country.
Winners will be expected to have a confirmed budget. For those unsure of how they intend to spend the funds, ICI Medical Communications and Boehringer Ingelheim Canada can help you develop a plan for knowledge translation.
ICI Medical Communications and Boehringer Ingelheim Canada are available to support you in the development and dissemination of your concept.
The Knowledge to Action Challenge is presented by ICI Medical Communications in collaboration with Boehringer Ingelheim. This project has been fully endorsed by our partner organizations Société des Sciences Vasculaires de Quebec, and CPD Network.
