Each day, you are challenged to do more with less while striving to provide the best care, education and support to people living with type 2 diabetes. We know you are finding creative ways to implement care to meet these demands. We want to help you share your unique ideas, insights and innovation with your colleagues nationwide.
Who can participate?
All allied health professionals working in diabetes care are encouraged to submit a proposal. Registration is open to both individuals and teams.
